FAQs

  • During a session (in office or via Zoom) we will start with an intake to identify what area you would like to work. I will then gently guide you into a deep relaxation through hypnosis (you will feel deeply relaxed but be in full control the whole session) In this relaxed state we will be able to access your subconscious mind and using a variety of techniques help identify and address the root cause of your issue. Then we start interrupting those long held beliefs and reframe them in a positive way. A session lasts approximately 1 1/2 - 2hrs. At the end of the session I will make and send to you a bespoke transformational recording for you to listen to at home - This is a really vital part of RTT - you have commit to listen to the recording for at least 21 consecutive days.

  • RTT uses hypnosis to relax you, allowing your focus to turn inwards to access the subconscious. We then find the the root cause through regression, interrupt those beliefs, then reframe negative beliefs and transform your life.

  • Yes - RTT is very safe, but is not suitable for any individuals suffering from Epilepsy, Seizures and Psychotic Disorders. Consult your Dr. if you are not sure. RTT is a complimentary therapy and not a substitute for a medical diagnosis

  • Typically 1-3 sessions but more complex issues may require more.

  • Most people under gentle guidance can enter a light trance. You will just feel very relaxed and in full control the whole time.

  • Your subconscious mind will take you back to significant scenes that is all to do with why and when you acquired the problem. You will only be re-viewing the scenes to make the connection to the current day problem. You will NOT be reliving them and you will be completely safe at all times.
